All content on the Site — including articles, the peptide encyclopedia, the protocol builder, the reconstitution and dosing calculator, and responses from Pep (our AI assistant) — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Research-use-only compounds
Many peptides discussed on the Site are research-use-only and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human use. Nothing on the Site is an offer, recommendation, or encouragement to obtain or use any such compound in violation of applicable law. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Site access agreement
Access to the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of the on-screen agreement presented when you arrive (the "Access Agreement," current version 2026-09-15), which is incorporated into these Terms. By accepting it you represent that you are at least 21 years old.
We do not sell compounds
OHM does not sell, manufacture, ship, store, or handle any peptide or other compound. Links to third-party vendors are provided for information; any transaction is solely between you and that vendor, under that vendor's terms. Products sold by such vendors are labeled research-use-only and not for human consumption, and nothing on the Site alters that labeling.
Assumption of risk
You understand that information about compounds that are not approved for human use carries inherent risk, that OHM cannot verify the identity, purity, or safety of any product sold by a third party, and that any decision to obtain or use any compound is made at your own risk and against the advice of the Site, which recommends working with a licensed clinician.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Functional Wellness, Inc. and its officers from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on its content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
The protocol builder and calculator
These tools generate general, educational outputs based on the inputs you provide. They are a starting point for a conversation with a licensed provider — not a prescription, and not a substitute for professional judgment. Verify all dosing independently with a qualified clinician.
Provider directory
Our provider directory is a neutral listing. A "Verified" badge means only that we confirmed an active professional license and that the provider offers peptide consultations — it is not an endorsement of any provider or their care. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any interaction, treatment, or transaction between you and a listed provider.
Affiliate relationships
We participate in affiliate programs and may earn a commission when you purchase through certain links, at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed on the Site. Our editorial standards are not for sale; verification badges and featured placements are always labeled.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.
